Gummble MCP for Lovable
Add Gummble to Lovable as a personal custom MCP chat connector.
Use Gummble as build-time research context in Lovable before generating an onboarding flow, paywall, empty state, checkout, or marketing page.
Verification status: this is Lovable's documented custom MCP chat connector route. Gummble is not claiming a prebuilt connector, app integration, partnership, listing, or completed Lovable-specific production receipt. Authenticated clean-account verification is pending.
1. Open the custom MCP form
Open Connectors, choose the All view, scroll to the bottom, and select the Custom card labeled MCP and Connect your own MCP.
2. Add Gummble
Enter:

OAuth is Lovable's default for a custom MCP server. Click Add & authorize, complete Gummble sign-in and consent, then return to Lovable.
3. Use Gummble while building
Ask Lovable to research before it generates:
Using the Gummble connector, find real SaaS empty states for a new project
with no imported data. Separate first-use guidance, recovery actions, and
permission states, cite the source links, then build the page.A release receipt must confirm that Lovable discovers all 14 read-only tools, uses a Gummble result as build-time context, handles a recoverable zero-result query, and reconnects after revocation.
Important scope
Lovable custom MCP servers are personal chat connections. They provide context while you build and are not included in the app you publish. Other workspace members connect with their own credentials. A workspace admin can also disable custom MCP servers.
If a published app itself needs a service at runtime, use Lovable's supported app-connector or direct-API path. Do not treat this Gummble chat connection as a runtime application integration.
Troubleshooting
- If the custom MCP card is unavailable, ask a workspace admin whether custom chat connectors are disabled.
- If OAuth or tool discovery fails, see MCP Troubleshooting.
Before connecting, review current Gummble MCP access and plan options. Gummble verifies account entitlement during OAuth; Lovable never receives a static Gummble credential.
